Petersen Body Shop is more than an auto body shop. We offer paint repair, metalworking, insurance claims, warranties, and many other services. At our auto repair shop, we emphasize concierge-style service as well as quality workmanship on all makes and models.
We’ll pick up and deliver your repaired vehicle free. If you leave your car, we’ll drive you wherever you need to go in Kalamazoo. Also, each vehicle is returned with the interior cleaned and the exterior washed. It doesn’t matter if your vehicle is in our shop to remove door chips or scratches, we’ll make sure that your vehicle is cleaned. We’ll also assist with towing and rentals. Our family has learned over six decades that huge success comes from small amenities. It’s one way we go the extra mile for you.
Quality repair work is another priority of ours. Here, we take extra measures to ensure all our repair specialists attain an Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR) certification. We have a better understanding of the latest water-based paints, welding, metal, and automotive advances. This especially applies to newer vehicles with complex hybrid engines, distinctive LED lighting, state-of-the-art electronics, and information technology systems.
